Unexpected birthday surprise awaits
From the moment we entered, the warm welcome was complemented by a bottle of cava to celebrate my birthday. The rooftop bar felt like a hidden gem, offering a breathtaking view of the city.
While the tiny pool on the rooftop was a bit misleading initially, the close proximity to the beach made up for it. Minor adjustments were needed with some breakfast items that could be improved.

The hotel was decent, but absolutely not what i expected for such a high price. the noise from the neighbors was unbearable, i could hear their toilet flush as if it were in my room. the roof terrace needs more exclusivity. the public access ruined the tranquility. i thought a complimentary upgrade would help, but that didn’t happen.

The service and personal attention truly stood out.
During my stay, I found the breakfast options to be a bit limited, and the atmosphere in the pool area was lacking. I also had some disappointment with the prices for food and drinks being EXTREMELY high, which made enjoying time there less appealing. Even though I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool, the limited size and availability of sun beds made it hard to unwind as I had hoped.

Charming Palma vibes 🌅
What a lekker place! The staff were super friendly and always helpful. My room was modern and comfy, and ag man, that rooftop bar had stunning views! The brekkie was great too, loads of options to start the day right.
On the downside, the air-con was just a bit weak on those hotter nights.

The rooftop space was stunning with heaters and blankets for the cool evenings (perfect for when it gets chilly! ). Location was prime, right in the heart of Palma, making it a breeze to explore. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
Nothing all good.

I had a fantastic time enjoying yoga on the rooftop and sipping cocktails while listening to live music. The spa facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool and steam room for ultimate relaxation. Just a heads up, the lack of a door in the bathroom was a bit awkward, but it didn't ruin the experience. 🌞
